COD: Zombies

I'm a huge zombie genre fan so I downloaded almost every zombie App available that looked worth it.  Most were free, but several werent and one that I actually payed money for was COD: Zombies, which is actually based on the COD: World at War Nazi Zombie levels. 

I really love this App because I've played soooo much COD, espically zombies, for a long time now and theres nothing better then being able to carry around the game on your iPad or iPod.  In the App Store, the game is now $4.99, (originally $9.99) and is worth every penny.  If you love zombies, you'll love this game.  It is of course way better on the Xbox 360 or PS3 game console, but for an App, its pretty smooth and accurate.  When the game starts you pick your difficulty and level then play each round from there.  If your not familiar with the game, what you do is shoot rounds at waves of zombies, as you try to keep them outside the windows.  The windows you repair as they break in, and everything you do usually makes money to buy guns, powerups and doorwaysl, as well as using the mystery box for guns.  Its a bit of a "Tower Defence" like game, but more intense. The game gets harder per level as more and faster zombies come.  There isn't too much of a difference between the App verison and the console verison, other than of course the quality of the graphics, the sounds in a way, and general stuff like that. Other then those things though, It lets you know when there is a zombie behind you on the App verison which is extremely helpful because one hit and your down...but it only lets you hold one gun at a time.  All in all, its a great game that never really ends. The point is to just keep trying to beat your previous score.  The iPads controls on its flat touch screen are definitly more difficult to use with a game like this so it takes some practice if ur used to a real console controller.  This game is really addictive and takes the time away!
